An active-energy-ray-curable adhesive composition characterized by containing: a urethane (meth)acrylate compound (A) obtained by reacting a polybutadiene polyol (a1), a polyvalent isocyanate compound (a2), and a hydroxyl-group-containing (meth)acrylate compound (a3); and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (B); the storage modulus at 23°C of an adhesive layer obtained by curing the composition by active energy ray irradiation being 1.0 × 106 or greater, and the glass transition temperature of the adhesive layer being -30°C or lower.
