<p>The invention relates to Combination of a cartridge for a microfluidic chip and a microfluidic chip with at least two ports on a first side of the chip, which cartridge comprises: - a housing having a first housing part with a first chip contact surface arranged on a first side of the microfluidic chip and a second housing part with a second chip contact surface arranged on a second opposite side of the microfluidic chip; - a first sealing arranged between the first chip contact surface and the first side of the microfluidic chip; - a second sealing arranged between the second chip contact surface and the second side of the microfluidic chip; and - clamping means for clamping the microfluidic chip between the first and second housing parts; wherein the first housing part has a number of passage openings, each aligned with one of the at least two ports of the microfluidic chip; wherein the first sealing is a layer of sealing material, which layer comprises a number of passage openings, each aligned with one of the at least two ports of the microfluidic chip.</p> |
