PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate reliability according to utterance content in each utterance of a speaker of social media data.SOLUTION: An information reliability evaluation system for evaluating the reliability of social media data being a set of utterance data transmitted in a social medium includes: a social media data collection part 202 for collecting social media data circulating on a communication network with the social media constructed therein; an open data or the like collection part 209 for collecting open data or the like being a set of information regulated to have objectively sufficient reliability, circulating on the communication network; a social medical data reliability evaluation part 212 for calculating utterance reliability being reliability about each utterance data, that is, each utterance data included in the collected social media data on the basis of a comparison result with the open data or the like; and an evaluation result output part 214 for outputting the utterance reliability.
