PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of coaxial coupling between a ultrasonic horn and boosters. SOLUTION: When the ultrasonic horn 2 having a processing operating part 29 and the boosters 3, 4 having supporting parts 31, 41 are coupled by central screws 6, 7 in a coaxial line, annular grooves 26, 27 of the ultrasonic horn 2 and protrusions 37, 47 of the boosters 3, 4 are fitted to each other.
