A light-emitting diode display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The light-emitting diode display panel comprises a thin-film transistor back panel, a light-emitting structure and a protective film (10), wherein the protective film (10) is located between the thin-film transistor back panel and the light-emitting structure; and the protective film (10) covers a gate line (21) and a data line (22) in a display area of the light-emitting diode display panel. The process of the protective film (10) is added into the manufacturing procedure of the light-emitting diode display panel, so that the scuffing of the thin-film transistor back panel caused by an evaporation mask plate when the light-emitting structure is manufactured and the electrostatic problem caused thereby can be effectively prevented. |
