<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong excitation circuit which can excite a plurality of piezoelectric elements strongly and simultaneously, and to provide a strong excitation method. <P>SOLUTION: The strong excitation circuit which excites a plurality of piezoelectric elements connected in parallel strongly and simultaneously comprises a first signal generator which outputs a single frequency near the central resonance frequency of the plurality of piezoelectric elements as a first signal, a second signal generator which generates the white noise in a frequency range including the resonance frequency dispersion amount among the plurality of piezoelectric elements as a second signal, a multiplier which multiplies the first signal and the second signal, and an amplifier which amplifies the output from the multiplier and applies the output thus amplified to the plurality of piezoelectric elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
