摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high density DNA microarray in which one kind of mutated DNA molecules per spot is precisely immobilized. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the DNA microarray equipped with a plurality of fine microreaction tanks in which DNAs are arranged, respectively, includes (a) a process of preparing a water-in-oil type emulsion so as to contain one or less DNA molecule per emulsion on the average and one or less bead as a solid carrier for DNA on the average, (b) a process of performing a nucleic acid amplification reaction in the emulsion to immobilize the solid phase-bound site-added DNA on the bead, (c) a process of performing electrophoresis to screen only the DNA-immobilized bead, and (d) a process of arranging the DNA-immobilized bead in a plurality of fine reaction tanks arranged on a substrate for arranging beads, wherein the diameters of the fine reaction tanks are one to two times the diameters of the beads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
