The control unit is capable of: specifying, on the basis of the user information and the product purchase history information, the second user to whom a product purchased by the first user is to be sent; and controlling the communication unit such that notification information is sent to the first user terminal when evaluation information has been received, said evaluation information indicating that an evaluation relating to the product purchased by the first user has been received from the second user terminal of the specified second user, and said notification information indicating that the evaluation information has been received. |
