The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for stabilizing desmopressin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof by using gums and, particularly, to pharmaceutical formulation of orally disintegrating film dosage forms and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided are a manufacturing solution of an orally disintegrating film, an orally disintegrating film manufactured by using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of completing the drying in a short period of time by using gums and effectively stabilizing desmopressin or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof while using water as a single solvent.
