PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor and a pressure distribution sensor capable of obtaining an output of a voltage value with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 2 includes: first and second series circuits; an input terminal 3 for applying first voltage to the first and second series circuits; and an output terminal 4. The first series circuit includes a pressure sensitive body 21 having a resistance value that changes with applied pressing force and a first fixed resistor 22 connected in series with the pressure sensitive body 21. The second series circuit includes a thin film transistor 24 having partial pressure between the pressure sensitive body 21 and the first fixed resistor 22 applied as gate voltage and a second fixed resistor 23 connected in series with a source electrode of the thin film transistor 24. The output terminal 4 outputs partial pressure between the thin film transistor 24 and the second fixed resistor 23 as output voltage. |
