PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to position a tread ring with a high accuracy and improve uniformity of a tire.SOLUTION: A spoke casting device for an airless tire includes: a casting metal mold which concentrically holds a tread ring and a hub between upper and lower metal molds and forms a cavity therebetween; positioning means for concentrically positioning the hub and the tread ring; and mold removal means which pushes out an airless tire after casting from the lower metal mold in a metal mold opening state. The positioning means has first positioning means which includes an outer peripheral surface contact part which contacts an outer peripheral surface of the tread ring and positions the tread ring.
