<p>[Problem] To provide a syringe pump that can reduce the minimum distance from the moving member of the syringe plunger-driving part to the syringe holding part and is designed to reduce the size of the syringe pump by the shortening of the contracted length of the covering member when same is contracted. [Solution] The syringe plunger-driving part (7) comprises: a moving member (10) that presses the syringe plunger (202) and extrudes the drug inside the main body (201) of the syringe; a guiding member (135) that moves the moving member (10) and guides same towards the main syringe body (201); and a covering member (800) that covers the guiding member and can elastically deform and contract as the moving member moves towards the main syringe body. The covering member (800) comprises multiple first protruding portions (811 - 816) and single second protruding portions (821, 822, 823) that are formed between two connected first protruding portions and the adjacent two connected first protruding portions. The external dimensions of the second protruding portions (821, 822, 823) are smaller than the external dimensions of the first protruding portions (811 - 816).</p> |
