Provided is an air conditioner that utilizes a pipe member buried in the ground. The air conditioner comprises: the pipe member inside of which air for air-conditioning flows in a pipe axial direction of the pipe; a flow path provided inside the pipe wall of the pipe member and formed such that water flows from one pipe end of the pipe member to the other pipe end thereof; a water supply pipe that supplies the water from the one pipe end to the flow path; and a water discharge pipe that discharges from the other pipe end the water that has flowed through the flow path and has undergone heat exchange with air. The water supply pipe supplies the water to the flow path via a water supply port formed so as to correspond to the one pipe end and so as to open at an inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall. The water discharge pipe discharges water from the flow path via a water discharge port formed so as to correspond to the other pipe end and so as to open at an inner peripheral surface of the pipe wall. |
