The ocean data measurement system is provided with: an anchor (3) disposed on the sea floor (2); a grounding mooring rope (4) that is connected at one end to the anchor (3); an intermediate buoy (5) that is connected to the other end of the grounding mooring rope (4) and floating submerged in the sea; an intermediate mooring rope (6) that is connected at one end to the intermediate buoy (5); an observation buoy (8) that is connected to the other end of the intermediate mooring rope (6) and floats or sinks between the intermediate buoy (5) and the sea surface (7) so as to measure ocean data of an upper layer from the sea surface (7) to the intermediate buoy (5); and a lower layer observation means (9) that is disposed along the grounding mooring rope (4) so as to measure ocean data of a lower layer deeper than the intermediate buoy (5). It is thereby possible to easily acquire a wider range of ocean data in a range from the sea surface to the sea floor. |
