A guide vane attachment structure and a fan including the same are provided. The guide vane attachment structure is provided in which a first fitting portion is formed in a vane join surface of a guide vane, a support member whose constituent material is a metal is integrally connected to a fan frame, and a second fitting portion to wedge-engage with the first fitting portion is formed in a support joint surface of the support member.
