PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for easy and high-speed determination of a subject region of a picked-up image from one image.SOLUTION: An image synthesizing method for synthesizing a CG model image into a picked-up image reflecting a subject and displaying the synthesized image comprises the steps of: synthesizing an image acquisition region for acquiring extraction information of the subject into the picked-up image as an indication image and displaying the synthesized image (subject indication image drawing step); acquiring the extraction information from the picked-up image region corresponding to the image acquisition region of the subject (subject extraction information acquiring step); and determining a subject region in a picked-up image different from the picked-up image on the basis of the extraction information acquired by the subject extraction information acquiring step (subject region determining step). |
