PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional memory including a volatile memory capable of swiftly restoring the volatile memory to operable state by turning OFF/ON the power supply.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional memory is constituted of, for example, a DRAM as a volatile memory and an MRAM as a non-volatile memory laminated one after another. After the power is turned ON, a piece of setting information of a mode register of a DRAM is stored in an MRAM (step S12), when the power supply to the DRAM is turned ON again the setting information stored in the MRAM is set in the DRAM (step S21-S24). With this, receiving the power again, the DRAM is activated swiftly to get into operable state. |
