PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical sensor capable of detecting light to be detected with high accuracy, a chemical sensor module, a biomolecule detection method, and a manufacturing method of the chemical sensor.SOLUTION: A chemical sensor includes: a photoelectric conversion layer that detects light emitted from a sample irradiated with excitation light; a spectral filter layer that is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer, absorbs the excitation light, and transmits light emitted from the sample; a sample holding unit that is formed on a layer higher than the spectral filter layer, and holds a sample to be detected; and an irradiation direction change unit that is formed on a layer higher than at least the sample holding unit, changes the advance direction of the excitation light, and makes part of or the whole of the excitation light incident from an oblique direction to the sample holding unit. |
