PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device and an ultrasonic inspection method, capable of quickly and accurately generating three-dimensional model of an analyte and evaluating the position of a reflection source of an echo.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device includes: a scanning device 2 that scans an ultrasonic probe 1 along an outer surface R part 104 of a nozzle 103; a contour coordinate acquisition unit 31 that acquires a measurement value of a contour coordinate of the nozzle 103; a shape model generation unit 30 that constructs a three-dimensional model of the nozzle with a shape definition function, and calculates a parameter of the shape definition function on the basis of the measurement value of the contour coordinate of the nozzle 103; a transmitting and receiving device 4 that acquires waveform data of a reception ultrasonic wave; a propagation path analysis unit 21 that analyzes a propagation path of the ultrasonic wave on the basis of the three-dimensional model of the nozzle; a flaw detection image generation unit 22 that generates a three-dimensional flaw detection image on the basis of the propagation path of the ultrasonic wave and the waveform data corresponding to the propagation path; and a display device 7 that displays the three-dimensional flaw detection image so as to be overlapped with the three-dimensional model of the nozzle. |
