PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance latch strength in the axial direction by an outer peripheral ring.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral ring 90 is mounted over the outer peripheral parts of a ratchet 10 and a guide 20 both disposed in a recliner 4, and functioning to latch them in the axial direction; a press part 91 to be abutted against the outer peripheral part of the ratchet 10 from outside in the axial direction is endlessly formed around the outer peripheral ring 90; caulking pieces 92A to be abutted against the outer peripheral part of the guide 20 from outside in the axial direction is formed around a partial area of the outer peripheral ring 90 in the circumferential direction, accordingly the outer peripheral ring 90 has abutting portions extending longer inside in the radial direction than the press part 91. |
