A gear box (17) is provided with: a resin gearbox body (18) for forming a part of a speed reducer to which a motor is mounted; and a terminal for transmitting electric power to the motor, the electric power being supplied from the outside. The gearbox body (18) has a through-hole (58) formed corresponding to a die which holds the position of the terminal when the terminal is integrated with the gearbox body by insert molding. The through-hole (58) may function as a breather hole in the gearbox body.
