Disclosed are a policy control and charging method, apparatus and device. The policy control and charging method comprises: when a PCRF is selected as a PCRF of a user by a policy and charging enforcement function (PCEF), sending the PCRF and a user corresponding to the PCRF to a storage device, and/or when the PCEF is determined as a PCRF selected by the user, sending the PCEF as the PCRF selected by the user to the storage device (S1402); acquiring, by an AF, the PCEF as the PCRF selected by the user from the storage device (S1404); and conducting, by the AF, policy control and charging for the user using the acquired PCRF (S1406). By means of the method, apparatus and device, the consistency of PCRFs used by an AF and a PCEF is guaranteed. |
