The present invention relates to a right ventricular outflow track (RVOT) punching device and a catheter for a cerclage annuloplasty procedure and, more specifically, to an RVOT punching device and a catheter for a cerclage annuloplasty procedure for penetrating and inducing a guide wire, moved to a coronary sinus (CS), to the RVOT which is the target exit in the cerclage annuloplasty procedure. The RVOT punching device for the cerclage annuloplasty procedure for inducing the RVOT wire, moved to the CS, to the right ventricular comprises: a punching catheter including a first tube through which a first wire passes, and a second tube which is tightly adhered on the side of the first tube and through which a second wire passes; a first wire which is inserted into the first tube and supports the catheter; and a second wire which is inserted into the second tube and punches the RVOT. |
