PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method screening antibodies for use as antibody drug conjugates (ADC).SOLUTION: The present invention provides methods for making antibody conjugates for use in antibody screening assays and antibody conjugates to be produced by methods described within a range of patent claims. In one aspect, the methods comprise the steps of: providing a first and second antibody-containing sample, in which the first and second antibody-containing sample vary with respect to an antibody quantity and an antibody sequence provided that substantially all of the antibody present in the first sample is of the same sequence and substantially all of the antibody present in the second sample is of the same sequence; and immobilizing the antibodies on an immobilization support to provide a first and second sample including immobilized antibodies.
