PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a vapor separator under no influence of heat and to shorten a fuel pipe for high pressure.SOLUTION: An outboard engine 1 has a crank shaft 4 arranged substantially vertically and is mounted with a vertical V type engine unit 3 installed such that right and left cylinder parts are spread backward in a V shape in plane view. At a rear width-directionally center part of the engine unit 3, an intake system unit 34 is arranged which has a surge tank 32 and intake pipes 33 for connecting the surge tank 32 to right and left intake ports 27 in the cylinder head 19. A high-pressure fuel filter 39 is arranged on the left side of the intake system unit 34 and substantially in the center in a height direction, and a vapor separator 40 which internally has a high-pressure pump is arranged below the high-pressure fuel filter 39, more specifically, below the intake pipe 33 of a bottom cylinder of the intake system unit 34. |
