<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe handcart capable of surely putting a wheel in a lock state, when seating on a seat part, even when forgetting to put the wheel in the lock state by an operation of a brake lever provided in a handle part, or even if there is no brake lock means by the brake lever.SOLUTION: A seat part 2a is rotatably pivoted by a walking vehicle main body 1a, so that a springing-up attitude and a seating attitude of the seat part 2a can be selected by rotation of the seat part 2a, and the seat part 2a and a brake part 5a are connected via a link mechanism 7a. When the seat part 2a exists in the seating attitude, a brake shoe 52 of the brake part 5a is brought into pressure contact with a rear wheel 41b, and the rear wheel 41b becomes the lock state, and when the seat part 2a is put in the springing-up attitude, the rear wheel 41b is not locked as long as the brake lever 63 is not operated.</p> |
