<p>A cooling chamber has a casing, a soft cup provided inside the casing and capable of receiving a container in which liquid is contained, a cooling medium placed in a space formed between the soft cup and the inner wall of the casing, and cooling means for cooling the cooling medium. The cooling medium is cooled by the cooling means with the container received in the soft cup, and the container is cooled by the cooling medium via the soft cup. Thus, the cooling chamber stores the container at a temperature not higher than the freezing point of the liquid and in a supercooled state where the liquid is maintained unfrozen.</p> |
