PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assisting apparatus for forcibly and multilaterally stimulating an adductor group in leg only by stepping on footrest boards. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a main body frame; a foot placement part 3 which is arranged on the main body frame, having the first footrest board 30A where one human leg is put on and the second footrest board 30B where the other leg is put on, which are independently separated; first support means 4 which are arranged between the respective lower parts of the two footrest boards and the main body frame, so as to support the footrest boards to be freely movable by defining the substantially central position of one end side 301 of each footrest board to be the outer ankle side of the foot as a fulcrum P when the human leg is put on the footrest board; second support means 5 which are arranged between the respective lower parts of the two footrest boards and the main body frame, so as to support the lower part of the other end side 302 of each footrest board to be the inner ankle side of the foot, and to alternately vertically move and horizontally rock parts 303 to be the toe side of the foot and parts 304 to be the heel side at the other end side of each footrest board; and a driving means 6 for driving the second support means.
