PURPOSE: A buffering mat with multiple air buffer balls is provided to improve a shock absorption by a shrinking of multiple adjacent air buffer balls to absorb a shock, and to prevent a generation of a noise. CONSTITUTION: A buffering mat with multiple air buffer balls comprises: an adhesive spandex supporting substrate or a polyurethane supporting substrate(1) formed with a polyurethane coating layer on a surface of a spandex manufactured with a polyurethane; multiple air buffering balls(2) manufactured with the polyurethane with small diameters charged with air inside while adhered to the polyurethane supporting substrate or the spandex supporting substrate; and a ventilation body(3) in a mesh fabric structure adhered to the other side of the polyurethane supporting substrate or the spandex supporting substrate in which the air buffering balls are adhered.
