PULSE WIDTH MODULATION CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A PWM converter is provided to proceed a reliable operation and a protective function by recompensing a voltage drop of a capacitor, and to prevent an overcurrent. CONSTITUTION: A PWM converter comprises the following: an AC power source(110) applied in an inductor unit(120); a converter stack(130) composed with a switch and a diode which transforms an AC power from the inductor unit to a DC power; and a direct current capacitor applied the DC power transformed in the converter stack. The converter stack performs a first switching operation and a second switching operation. The first switching operation is for revolving the AC power to the inductor unit until the rising of the voltage in the direct current capacitor. The second switching operation is for applying the transformed DC power to the direct current capacitor.
