FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed sealing-tamping unit is intended for compacting track bed ballast. To simplify tool replacement, top part of tool rod is made like a fork. In compliance with first version, holders are fitted between the unit levers and tools, each representing a head with stem for lever to be fixed in bore and slots for rod fork teeth to be fixed therein. In compliance with second version, levers have slots to fix rod fork teeth. Fork teeth are fitted in holder head or lever slots, and locked therein by coupling element passed through bores made in holder head or lever. The latter can have two bores, while holder can have two stems. Tool rod fork plane can be parallel to camshaft axis. Rod fork teeth and holder head or lever slots can feature trapezoidal shape in cross section. Note here that inclination angle of trapezoid lateral side makes 85 to 75, trapezoid height makes at least 10 mm. Note also that tooth end face seats in mating slots and rests upon slot face. Tool can additionally incorporate tamping plate. Jointing element represent a tie rod or power cylinder with locked cylinder rod. ^ EFFECT: simplified replacement of tools. ^ 9 cl, 7 dwg |
