The method including aligning the stamped tray with a heated welding plate comprising a knurled portion, interspersing a polymeric sheet between the tray and the welding plate, and causing the knurled portion of the welding plate to press the polymeric sheet to the tray with an applied pressure force, thereby welding the polymeric sheet to the tray. |
