A winch assembly for a stringing work of a transmission line is provided to improve working efficiency by performing the stringing works at the same time by the driving force of a driving unit. A winch assembly(100) includes a main frame(110), a winch(120) and a driving part(130). The main frame is installed in an upper part of a transmission tower. The winch is installed in the main frame. The winch is connected to the transmission tower through a wire. A driving unit provides the driving force to the winch. The driving unit controls the operation of the winch. The driving unit includes a main engine generator, a driving motor and a control lever. The main engine generator generates the driving force. The driving motor rotates the winch by the driving force of the main engine generator. The control lever is installed in one side of the main engine generator to control the operation of the winch. |
