摘要 A forming method of yttria stabilized zirconia powder, a manufacturing method of an electrolyte for solid oxide fuel cell, and the solid oxide fuel cell using the electrolyte are provided to stable YSZ powder reducing interlayer interface resistance. A manufacturing of YSZ powder comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a first mixed solution by mixing distilled water with yttrium chloride anhydride and zirconium oxychloride(S11); manufacturing a second mixed solution in which precipitates are formed by injecting a precipitating agent on the first mixed solution(S12); collecting the precipitates by filtering the second mixed solution in which the precipitate are formed(S13); drying the collected precipitates for about 6 hours at the temperature of 100 ~ 120°C(S14); heat-treating the dried precipitates for 2 hours at the temperature of 550 ~ 950°C(S15); and obtaining the YSZ powder(S16).
