<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microcapsule with a ball shape and its crust being superior in chemical and physical resistance and including an organic heat accumulating material with a melting temperature being not lower than 80°C. <P>SOLUTION: The microcapsule including the organic heat storage material with a melting temperature being not lower than 80°C, can be stably manufactured by using a manufacturing method of the heat accumulating material microcapsule comprising (1) a step for manufacturing a heat accumulating material emulsion by heating a non-polar organic heat accumulating material with a melting temperature of 80 to 130°C and by emulsifying and dispersing it in an aqueous solution containing a dispersant under presuring, (2) a step for cooling the heat accumulating material emulsion to a temperature not higher than 50°C and (3) a step for carrying out micro-capsulation using a melamine-formaldehyde resin or a urea-formaldehyde resin as a crust by using in-situ polymerization method by re-heating the heat accumulating material emulsion at 60 to 95°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
