PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack without causing the formation of wiring in which terminals for outer connection in a module with a plurality of cells connected in series are directed toward the same direction to cross the module, and capable of improving workability and the reduction of connection failures by performing only the connection of bus bars between units at the time of module formation. SOLUTION: Three pieces of flat cells 2a to 2c are arrayed in parallel to constitute a three-piece unit 1, and a cathode terminal 3 and an anode terminal 4 are fitted to the top of each cell 2a to 2c. The anode terminal 4 of the first cell 2a and the cathode terminal 3 of the second cell 2b are connected with a first bus bar 5 arranged in a slanted direction, while the anode terminal 4 of the second cell 2b and the cathode terminal 3 of the third cell 2c are connected with a second bus bar 6 arranged in a direction crossing the length direction of the cell. Two pieces of flat cells 12a, 12b are arrayed in parallel to constitute a two-piece unit 11, and a cathode terminal 13 and an anode terminal 14 of each cell 12a, 12b are connected with a second bus bar 16.
