摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device for an automatic transmission capable of setting a vehicle into a parking state by setting a parking device in a parking state and changing a gear position to a neutral (N) range state when an engine is re-started after all-off-fail. SOLUTION: The hydraulic control device 20 is provided with a fourth change over means 54 maintaining a parking release state by outputting parking release pressure to the parking device 30 at a time of all-off-fail, and a fifth change over means 55 retaining a travel state by retaining hydraulic pressure to be reversely input to a hydraulic servo. The fourth change over means 54 outputs parking release pressure to the fifth change over means 55 and the fifth change over means 55 stops supply of hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic servo by action of the parking release pressure when the engine is restarted after all-off-fail.
