The roller (11) has a hub (12) for receiving a roller bearing (31), a cylindrical ball race (15) and a centrally arranged radial annular disk (14). The annular disk integrally connects the hub and the ball race, where a cover plate (18) for the roller bearing is clipped on the hub. The cover plate includes a center hole (22) and forms a radially and inwardly opened annular space (23) with a bearing inner ring (36) of the roller bearing. A plate (43) of a plate screw (41) is axially secured in the space and is inserted in a rotatable manner.
