A medical treatment refrigeration showcase cooling control system and a control method thereof are provided, which keep the cooling status of for medical treatment refrigeration showcase optimum and notify of abnormal occurrence of system quickly. The control method of medical treatment refrigeration showcase comprises the steps of: an input value setting step(400) of setting various input values of temperature, light, alarm, and stop buzzer in a initial state; a state decision step(500) of deciding weather the showcase is operated in a abnormal state or not; an alarm output step(600,700) of generating alarm sounds and displaying abnormal state when the abnormal state occurs in the showcases; and a sensor error decision step(800,900) of performing an initial setting process when the sensor is operated in the error state, or logging off a control process when the sensor is operated in normal state.
