<p>A method, a device and a system for delivering files. The method comprises the steps of: determining a destination email address to which a target file will be sent; sending the target file to the destination email address; by means of instant messaging, sending an instant message including a control instruction for receiving the target file to a receipt side; obtaining the corresponding target file from the destination email address automatically if the instant message including the control instruction is received by the receipt side. Thus, the delivery status of the target file could be known by the receipt side in time by means of the instant message, and a feedback could be issued in time when an abnormity occurs during the delivery so that the reliability of the delivery is ensured. Furthermore, since the receipt side could determine firstly whether the delivery of the file is completed, it is possible to obtain the file in time and improve the efficiency of the file delivery.</p> |
