BOARD SUCKING AND FIXING MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board sucking and fixing mechanism stably cutting a board perpendicularly to a board plane by a cutting device by surely sucking and fixing various kinds of circuit boards. SOLUTION: A suction part 6 for sucking the board forms a suction surface by arranging a soft member 1 of a soft material on a suction side of a suction stage 5 having high rigidity and is constituted by arranging a hard member 2 having higher rigidity than that of the soft member 1 at a prescribed portion of the soft member 1. The board 7 sucked by the suction part 6 is sucked and fixed to the suction surface of the soft member 1, and the board 7 pressed when performing cutting is supported by the hard member 2.
