The instrumental navigation aid has a device (1) for temporary fixing of joint part of a human joint, particularly in hand and finger area with two retaining elements (2) arranged opposite to each other, between which the respective joint part is fixed by a removable fixing unit. The instrumental navigation aid has a bearing surface for the distal joint part and the proximal joint part and a receiver for a guide (10), against which an operating unit or an operation support unit is arranged for limiting the relative mobility.
