A system for purifying and ventilating an internal air is provided to receive internal polluted air and purify the internal polluted air, or purify external air and supply the purified air to a room. A body(10) of an air purifying unit includes a square groove(20), a rectangular groove(30), and an electric fan groove(40). An internal air suction port(50) is provided at a lower portion of a room. An external air suction port is provided on a wall surface of the room. An external air port is provided on a chassis above a window. The external air port is formed suitably the external air suction port of the air purifying unit. The air purifying unit coupled to the external air port is installed on the wall surface.
