PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a fitting appliance for fitting a holding member to a supporting member. SOLUTION: In a vehicle door mirror device 10, an engagement member 16 of a door mirror visor 12 has the elasticity in the plane-perpendicular direction and the rigidity in the plane-parallel direction. Therefore, by bringing a mirror surface angle regulating mechanism 30 close to the door mirror visor 12, a projecting part 36 of an engagement claw 34 of the mirror surface angle regulating mechanism 30 elastically deforms the engagement member 16 in the plane-perpendicular direction and rides over the engagement member 16. Elastic deformation of the engagement member 16 by the projecting part 36 is released, the engagement claw 34 is coupled with the engagement member 16 in the plane-parallel direction, and the mirror surface angle regulating mechanism 30 is fitted to the door mirror visor 12. Thus, any conventional tool or tool appliance can be omitted, and any fitting appliance to fit the mirror surface angle regulating mechanism 30 to the door mirror visor 12 can be omitted.
