PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method capable of determining a trace amount of included specific protein or peptide simply and highly accurately without using an expensive reagent. SOLUTION: A protein or a peptide is determined by LC/MS/MS by using as an internal standard material, a peptide or a protein acquired by changing an amino acid bonding order in an amino acid sequence of the peptide or the protein which is a measuring object.
