PURPOSE: A fake note sensor signal identifying device of a paper money classifying and counting device is provided to distinguish a fake note by operating a key installed on a fake note counter and controlling an identification sensitivity of a fake note sensor signal. CONSTITUTION: A fake note sensor(10) senses magnetic component or infrared ray sensing information from a paper money. An amplifier(11) amplifies the current and voltage of a sensor signal outputted from the fake note sensor. A comparator(12) supplies the compared result to an MCU(13) by comparing the sensor signal with the reference voltage. The MCU applies the sensor signal for distinguishing the fake note using the sensor signal as an effective signal.
