PURPOSE: The organic light emitting diode can improve photonic without the brightness variation by uniformly the thickness of the organic light emitting member of the organic light emitting diode. CONSTITUTION: The thin-shell structures(220) is formed on substrate. The pixel electrode comprises the metal layer formed on the thin-shell structures. The transparent conductor film formed on the pixel electrode silver metallic coating is included. The common electrode(270) interviews with the pixel electrode. The organic radiation unit locates between the pixel electrode and common electrode.
