The device has a conical elastic end fitting (6) cooperated with an end of dental light (1) at the level of which the radiation is emitted, where the end fitting is in form of a cup that is made of polymer. A free end of the elastic end fitting is provided with an orifice (10) for receiving a coronoradicular pivot in an axis of emitted radiation. Diameter of the orifice is a function of the diameter of the pivot to be sealed. The end fitting is in cylindrical shaped, and presents an integration unit integrated at periphery of a lens. The orifice ranges from 0.6 mm to 2.3 mm.
