A CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FIRE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling a fire are provided to safely rescuing passengers in an elevator by operating the elevator after sensing whether passengers are in the elevator or not. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling a fire comprises a fire sensor part(110), a smoke/gas sensor part(120), a fire monitoring device, and an oxygen supply device(300). The fire sensor part is composed of multiple fire sensors(111) installed in an entrance of an elevator. The smoke/gas sensor part is composed of multiple smoke/gas sensors installed inside a passage of the elevator. The fire monitoring device receives smoke/gas generation data from the smoke/gas sensor part, and changes the smoke/gas generation data into the amount of generated smoke/gas. The oxygen supply device supplies an oxygen mask depending on the control of the fire monitoring device.
