PURPOSE: A network system for collaborating contents and a method for collaborating contents are provided to enable users to collaborate web information with media contents, thereby enabling the users to share knowledge with web contents in real time. CONSTITUTION: An application program plug-in module(110) runs an application program in a user terminal. A content map editor(120) opens a user network room for collaboration of contents. The content map editor generates items in the user network room. The contents map editor applies a collaboration attribute to the items. A community service unit(130) sets contents to be collaborated.
